Balance

Somehow there’s a balance between the past and the future. I’ve been trying so desperately to hold onto my past (the good just as much as the bad). A person with one hand stretched to the future and one to the past, won’t go anywhere, they’ll stand absolutely still. You’ve got to stretch both hands out to the future and GO FOR IT! Chelsea and I are praying a lot right now that our future will become clearer than our past – for our vision to become just that crystal clear.

Somewhere there’s a balance between your past and your future that requires you to glean wisdom from your past experiences and not just relive those experiences. The problem with this whole thought process is that I’ve just learned to enjoy the journey without having to know the destination… Hmmm…..
